deck of Sandy Rose Cottage. Sandy Rose is a fully equipped housekeeping cottage situated only steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches on the South Shore of PEI. The kitchen and living room are open concept divided by a quaint breakfast counter. For extra guests, this two bedroom cottage features a comfortable pull-out couch and comes equipped with a stereo, TV, DVD player, and internet. Sandy Rose has a three piece bathroom and laundry.
Sandy Rose has a large screened-in room with a large dinning table and additional lounge area. Outside, the cottage has a large front deck complete with patio furniture and a BBQ.
Rental Fees:
Rentals are normally done on a Saturday to Saturday basis with check-in after 3 p.m. and checkout by 11 a.m. A deposit in the amount of $100 is due upon booking. Rental fees are subject to a 10% provincial sales tax.
